Considering the seller is in Jersey City, there’s 0% chance these aren’t stolen. So it's probably legit, even if you get robbed when you go to pick them up.

Yes stolen, but at least he was considerate enough to take pictures of them on the car before he took them off the car......

Or, maybe these were his summer rims and were off the car when the car was stolen. So many possibilities......

I buy used stuff. The main things are,

1. Does it make sense for the person to be selling the thing.
- Good story - These were the winter tires from my 2000 integra, I sold it and am selling these separately.
- Bad answer - Uh, these were my buddy’s, I don’t know where he got them.

2. Once you know why the person is selling the thing, does the person sound authentic.
- Good story - Yep I had the teg for 6 years, GSR, .... Demonstrates knowledge
- Bad story - Uh, I think they were from a car.....

2. Will the seller disclose who he is, where he lives.
- Good story - Iam XX who lives here, this is my land line. If you look at streetview, you will see the fence in the picture.
- Bad Story - Oh, you have an integra, where do you live?....

If it’s sletchy, move on, but if it’s solid and you know where he/she lives, why not? (other than the road rash and $450 will buy a a lot of rims anymore)
